My son recently celebrated his 21st Birthday up on the Gold Coast so I had to research and find a cake maker as we live in Sydney. I contacted a few places but was most impressed with Andrea and her knowledge, professionalism and creative style. She also discuss with me at length regarding the design and all aspects of the cake. I was also well informed at all times regarding what was happening.

On the day, as part of the service Andrea came to the venue to set up the cake, putting on special touches and ensuring everything looked perfect. I literally looked like a deer in headlights when I first took a peek at my sons cake. Straight after my initial conversation with Andrea I just knew something special was going to be created. With an occasion as special as a first birthday, we wanted a cake that was equally as beautiful as our little girl. And after the cake you made for my 30th birthday, I knew you would be able to deliver. admired our cake and said what a great piece of art it was. Even those who said it was too good to cut didn’t mind digging into their allocated piece.
Both the appearance and flavour were exceptional. I thought the texture and taste of the icing was terrific. There were some traditionalists who got a bit of a surprise because they were expecting the usual cement render style of hard icing.
Overall it was a resounding success and I write to convey our appreciation for such a fine piece of work delivered on time and on budget. Thank you for an outstanding effort.

Like they do standing next to Ayres Rock or some other famous bit of Australia. When the cake was all gone, people wept. Your cake did more than what we can reasonably ask of cake.
